As a member of the Asian American community I am saddened to see the surge of attacks against Asian Americans across the country and I am disgusted that these perpetrators are not being held accountable by their actions. My heart breaks knowing this is the world I'm raising my kids in. Too many of us have experienced anti-Asian harassment. Together we can collectively start to heal as we start talking about it. We need to speak up, because silence is complicity. Together we will rise.
